Fishing holes have always been a great place to go shooting. When i was growing up in the Sierra’s, Dad and I would spend a lot of time on the lakes in our float tubes with a fly rod in hand. Well those same lakes, Convict, Rock, Mary, George, Horseshoe, have been the subject of many photographs in my files. This past Summer i greatly enjoyed going out on the Lower Gallatin with my good friend Mikey with the goal of landing a few browns or rainbows. With all the fresh snow we have been getting and the gorgeous Cottonwoods getting coated, I thought of no better place for sunset.
