I love seeing great innovations on old ideas. One great example of this was the PITTS 12 biplane that was at PRS trying to qualify in the sports class. This is one of the few Pitts biplanes that is made of all metal and it truly stands out both on the ground and in the air. One of the really cool features of this plane is the paint job. It’s a dark metallic green which in most light looks black but in the right light you can tell its green. When whizzing by the pylons it’s just a dark streak it moves by so fast.
