Boy last week went by fast. Here it is already Tuesday and the Reno Air Races are over. The event was so good that Dad i spent most of yesterday just getting caught up and editing images, filling and renaming them. Oh and of course a bit more sleep. Early morning statics drain ya out. As i was going through images i thought of a couple more blogs so i thought i would share them. On Friday the clouds came in and provided a rather different background. Now we always want clouds in September otherwise it’s blue skies and that’s boring, there’s just no drama to the images. This was the case of too much, with grey skies covering the sky. Still had to click, the event won’t happen for another year.
Then on Sunday morning we had the lovely puffies come in to create that speed and energy that planes deserve. Yea i know it’s another black and white, gotta keep playing with them. Out at Pylon 8 when the planes have to make a hard bank left before heading past home, we had the perfect light with the great background. The sound of multiple shutters going off was almost as loud as the planes themselves.
