One of the best things about living in the mountains, is the snow. Having grown up skiing I always enjoy going out over the holidays. Last year was one amazing year for snow levels, which was of course followed by an intense Spring flooding. This is an image from last February during the Yellowstone Winter excursion, hosted by my folks. I was thinking of this image today being that it is fitting for the holidays, but also because the snow levels are very low right now and I wish that were not true.
